Refund Policy

At Shopcvclothing, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. If a refund is required, the following procedures apply:

Approval & Processing

Refunds are authorized only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Once approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

Refund Distribution

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your financial provider up to 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Refund Exclusions

Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund if the return was initiated by the customer and not due to an error on our part.
